Wisconsin Parents Association Letter to Exhibitors
Dear Exhibitor:
Take advantage of increased opportunities to sell your products and services to a large number of highly motivated buyers: homeschoolers. Be an exhibitor at Wisconsin Parents Association's 25th Annual Home Education Conference and Curriculum Fair on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, 2008, at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In recent years, nearly 1,000 homeschoolers have attended this conference.
Three reasons why your booth will have more shoppers:
(1) WPA's grand celebration of its 25th annual conference and curriculum fair will draw many homeschoolers.
(2) Site for the conference: Oshkosh is close to many homeschoolers. This means increased attendance at the conference and more shoppers at your booth.
(3) Shop and Win Prizes: Showcase your products in Shop and Win Prizes, and people will seek out your booth. In addition, give everyone who visits your booth free tickets from WPA so they can win products and services from Shop and Win Prizes. This gives shoppers extra incentive to visit your booth.
Homeschoolers will focus on your product before, during, and after the Conference.
Before the Conference: Your business and your Shop and Win Prizes item can be listed on WPA's website with a link to your website. (Onsite exhibitors and Shop and Win Prizes participants only.) Conference goers can sign up to shop at the Curriculum Fair during any workshop time they choose. They anticipate winning a prize.
During the Conference: Shoppers visit your booth and/or admire your products and services at Shop and Win Prizes.
After the Conference: Your products and services continue to be listed on WPA's website. Conference goers who have met you and/or seen your product firsthand remember it, learn more from your website, and contact you.
Three ways to be an exhibitor:
(1) Rent a booth. Sell directly to homeschoolers. Give shoppers who visit your booth free tickets for Shop and Win Prizes. Include your materials in Shop and Win Prizes at no extra cost.
(2) Participate in the exciting Shop and Win Prizes. Get contact information for prospective customers who have expressed strong interest in your product or service, and a link from WPA’s website to your website is posted for nearly a year. See enclosed flier for details.
(3) Put your materials in the Free Literature Bag that will be given to all conference goers at no charge to them. More details are enclosed. The registration form must be sent to us by April 14, 2008.
Please note three different addresses.
1) Send your registration form and check or credit card information to me at the WPA post office box (see below).
2) If you will be attending the Conference and want to ship materials you will be using to the conference site ahead of time, address them to the Gruenhagen Conference Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. (See the enclosed Exhibitor Schedule and Fees sheet for the address.)
3) Send products for the Shop and Win Prizes Program or literature for Free Literature Bags to the Winquists in DePere.
Take advantage of this outstanding opportunity! If you have questions, call WPA's voice mail at 608-283-3131 or email us at WPA@homeschooling-wpa.org.
Sincerely,
M. Larry Kaseman
